Lesson Info

Lessons are purchased in blocks to align with the school terms, and paid upfront. You can start lessons during the term and pay for the remaining weeks. Lessons are weekly (unless otherwise arranged). Summer lessons are available, and are arranged in Term 4.

Lesson location is flexible based on where you live.

Lessons are run during school terms. 2026 dates are as follows:

  • Term 2 20th of April to 3rd of July

  • Term 3 20th of July to 25th of September

  • Term 4 12th of October to 18th of December

One on One Guitar Lessons

$40/half hour - $70/full hour

One on one lessons on acoustic guitar, electric guitar or bass guitar. We’ll go through songs that suit your skill level at a comfortable pace, and breakdown the techniques that will come in handy for other songs. If you’re a beginner, we’ll cover all the basics. Holding the guitar, holding a pick, tuning, and learning simple chords. Lessons are tailored to suit you.

  • Play your favourite songs

  • Develop strumming and picking technique for rhythm and lead playing

  • Understand scales, chords, and the music theory behind harmony and rhythm

  • Learn improvisational skills

  • Learn how to practice effectively

Group Guitar Lessons

$25/half hour - $40/full hour (per student)

Group lessons of 2-4 students on acoustic guitar, electric guitar or bass guitar. This is a good option for family and friends starting out. We’ll play songs together as a group and go over the ropes along the way.

  • Learn songs and develop strong technique (similar content to one on ones)

  • Practice listening and rhythm skills through jamming with others

  • Great confidence building for kids

One on One Music Production Lessons

$40/half hour - $70/full hour

One on one lessons on music production in Logic Pro X, Garageband or Ableton Live. We’ll go through the basics of using the software, and focus on the skills that will allow you to create whatever music you like. Composing, recording, beat making, arranging, mixing and mastering are all elements of creating a polished piece of music; we can dive deep into whichever avenue you’re most interested in, or cover all bases.

  • Learn your way around the DAW (Digital Audio Workstation)

  • Learn to record, arrange and mix instruments and/or vocals

  • Learn to program drums and software instruments to make beats

  • Learn the skills to bring your musical ideas to life

One on One Songwriting Lessons

$40/half hour - $70/full hour

One on one lessons on songwriting. We’ll go through the fundamentals of what makes an effective song, and practice generating ideas in your chosen style. Topics will include lyric writing, melody, harmony, chord choice and song structure.

  • Learn techniques to create and strengthen lyrics

  • Learn how to write strong melodies and develop your own style

  • Learn how to build an instrumental arrangement that serves the song
